The Amsterdam-Pampus-Muiderslot ferry service leaves from the Harbour. The ‘Marina Bootclub’ offers (private) sailing lessons for all ages. The beach Strand Blijburg is around the corner and swimming in open water is possible in many places around IJburg.

The accessibility is extremely good. The arterial roads A1 and A10 can be reached quickly. Trams and buses are within walking distance with a direct connection, to for example, Amsterdam Central Station and Amsterdam South East.
