    Getting acquainted

    Meet your sales agent. We will assess the property, discuss the possibilities and answer your questions so that you know what to expect.

    Listing

    We provide tips for presenting the property and offer a tailor-made sales plan covering the asking price, marketing, turnaround time and potential proceeds.

    Presentation

    First impressions count. That is why we ensure a presentation that fully showcases the appeal of your property. With the help of a professional photographer, a sales stylist and compelling sales copy, we create an experience that appeals to the right target group and convinces them immediately.

    Viewings

    Viewings are planned in consultation and always take place under the supervision of your estate agent. Interested parties are given plenty of space and time to properly take in the property.

    Negotiation

    A sales strategy is discussed in advance. All offers are always discussed with you. Your estate agent negotiates strategically and always in consultation with you, in order to achieve the best possible sale price and ensure that all agreements are correctly recorded in the purchase agreement.

    Purchase agreement

    In Amsterdam, it is customary for the purchase agreement to be drawn up by a solicitor. In principle, the choice of solicitor is up to the buyer. The draft purchase agreement will be shared with you and reviewed, after which it will be signed at the solicitor's office or digitally.

    Inspection and transfer

    During the inspection, we will draw up an inspection report with any comments and the meter readings. We will then accompany you to the solicitor for the key transfer.

    Sold

    Your estate agent will always be available to answer any questions and deal with practical matters, even after the transfer.

    I would highly recommend working with the Dutch Housing team.

    I moved to Amsterdam with my company at the beginning of July. Finding an apartment is always a daunting task, but Dutch Housing made it so simple for me.

    They were excellent at understanding what exactly I was after, explaining to me how the Dutch housing market worked and then constantly providing me with options.

    The communication was outstanding, always clear and punctual. Once I found an apartment that I really liked, the team supported my bid application process and made it a reality. Once the bid was accepted, they supported me with the contract review and made sure that everything was explained to me (even translating documents from Dutch into English).
