We moved from the US to Amsterdam and used these guys to help find a rental property. We worked with Anne who was great, she was communicative, friendly but also would ask the agents showing us round hard questions and fight our corner if needed. I moved to Amsterdam with my company at the beginning of July. Finding an apartment is always a daunting task, but Dutch Housing made it so simple for me.

They were excellent at understanding what exactly I was after, explaining to me how the Dutch housing market worked and then constantly providing me with options.

The communication was outstanding, always clear and punctual. Once I found an apartment that I really liked, the team supported my bid application process and made it a reality. Once the bid was accepted, they supported me with the contract review and made sure that everything was explained to me (even translating documents from Dutch into English).
