We have worked with Dutch Housing Centre in two different occasions in the last two years. First with renting services and most recent with purchasing a home support.
Both situations were top notch when it comes to the level of support, assurance, confidence and knowledge that the team always provide. The quickness also in getting a rent and later buying a home in the Netherlands (as we know it is not quite easy) were amazing.

I moved to Amsterdam with my company at the beginning of July. Finding an apartment is always a daunting task, but Dutch Housing made it so simple for me.

They were excellent at understanding what exactly I was after, explaining to me how the Dutch housing market worked and then constantly providing me with options.

The communication was outstanding, always clear and punctual. Once I found an apartment that I really liked, the team supported my bid application process and made it a reality. Once the bid was accepted, they supported me with the contract review and made sure that everything was explained to me (even translating documents from Dutch into English).

I would also like to highlight the professionalism and warmth of Anne Kuhn who supported me from start to finish. Dutch Housing is very lucky to have someone like her in their team and she made the process very smooth for me. Thank you!

Over the the last three years I have called for Dutch Housing Centre’s service twice to intermediate for tenants for my apartment in Amsterdam. Both times have been extremely pleasant. The first time was at the beginning of the pandemic, a reason why it took a little longer. However, Dutch Housing’s Esther de Nooij was on it at all time and in the end she provided me with reliable and trustworthy tenants. The second time was earlier this year and extremely pleasant as well, and this time very fast. I can only say good things about agent Esther, communication was swift and clear and also the back-office was there for me at all time (and still are). Again, reliable and trustworthy tenants.
