Fully furnished apartment, not suitable for sharing.
Vincent van Goghstraat, not one of the most well known streets in amsterdam, but for sure one of our most famous painters.
The street is part of the "Amsterdamse School" design.
One of the most well known hotels the "Okura" is located right at the end of the street.
The Ferdinand Bolstraat and the Ceintuurbaan, which can be reached by foot, will give you access to the tram. Easy acces to the both trainstations Rai and Zuid/WTC.
By foot, tram and bike you can access the canal area, the oud zuid area, the museum plein and Vondelpark. The apartment is located very central in "de Pijp" the perfect location for having diner, having drinks or just enjoying the open street market on the Albert Cuypstraat.
de Pijp is one of the most urban areas of Amsterdam.
You enter the building via a communal entrance, stairs lead up to the apartment. Entering the aparment you can already see that it is styled in a unique way. Having van Gogh as a theme has been carried out throughout the apartment. The colors, the textures of the materials and even parts of the most famous paintings of Vincent van Gogh can be found in the decor.
The landing has a guest lavatory and gives access to the kitchen. The kitchen is open and has a clever lay out, it also gives access to the balcony that is situated on the back side of the apartment.
The dinign and lounge area are very open and bright. Little clever storage spaces can be found everywhere in this apartment, for example below the internal stairs. Behind the dining area there is a guest bedroom.
On the top floor you will find the guest bathroom and 2nd bedroom and 3 bedroom. Again styled with an eye for detail.
The master bedroom comes with it's own ensuite bathroom.
All rooms are a good size and the apartment has a very pleasant feel and layout.
There are stairs to the roof and once the roofdeck is finished this will be an added bonus to the house.
A unique property worth seeing.
